The Integration work package, led by Alexander Kel, will integrate the computational approaches and tools developed by the consortium with the geneXplain platform.This integration will take place in close collaboration with the modules and interfaces provided by WP2 (Ifrastructure) and offers advanced bioinformatic analyses and possibilities for pathway visualization.
